PLUR Denver turns Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect into real-world care for Denver’s EDM, rave, nightlife, and festival community. We reduce stigma, put tools in reach, and help people make safer choices before, during, and after the show.

Why community funding
The state will not donate naloxone for this community.
Colorado does not treat recreational drug users as the same risk category as people labeled with addiction. Donated Narcan from the state does not flow to nightlife, festival, and rave settings — even though fentanyl does.
PLUR Denver exists in that gap. Every dose in the Lifesaver Hub is bought with private gifts. If the machine is empty, it is not because the need went away.

What does the Lifesaver Hub carry?
When stocked: naloxone (Narcan), fentanyl and xylazine test strips, reagent kits, earplugs, emergency contraception (morning-after pills), and other event-care basics. Inventory changes as the machine is used — donations are how it gets refilled.
Is this only for people with addiction?
No. PLUR Denver serves people who use drugs in any pattern — including recreational, festival, and nightlife use. Overdose risk does not wait for a diagnosis, and neither should naloxone.
Why do you need donations for naloxone?
Colorado’s donated naloxone programs are structured around people categorized as having a substance use disorder. Recreational and nightlife users are not treated as the same risk category, so the state will not provide naloxone as a donated product for this community. Private gifts buy the doses that go in the Hub.
